Managing Your Subscription & Billing in VibeFunnel
The Subscription & Billing section in VibeFunnel allows you to manage your subscription plan effectively, ensuring it aligns with your organization’s needs. This guide covers how to view your current plan, change it, or cancel it, with key details on the process.

Accessing the Billing Section
Navigate to the Settings area in your VibeFunnel dashboard. In the sidebar, you’ll see options like Organization, Users, Custom Domains, Usage, and Billing. Click Billing to access the subscription management page. The description reads: "Manage your subscription plan," guiding you through your current plan details and available actions.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Under Current Plan, you’ll see the details of your active subscription:
- Plan Name: For example, "Explorer - Monthly."
- Status: Indicates if it’s Active (green), showing your plan is currently in use.
- Price: Displays the cost, such as "$100.00/month."
This overview helps you stay informed about your current commitment.
Changing Your Plan
If your needs change, click the green Change Plan button. This action triggers an email to be sent to your registered account. In the email, simply specify what you want—such as upgrading to a higher tier, switching to annual billing, or any other plan adjustment. Reply with your details, and the VibeFunnel team will handle the update promptly. This process ensures you can tailor your subscription without immediate adjustments on the dashboard.
Canceling Your Subscription
To end your subscription, click the red Cancel Subscription button. Currently, this action cancels your plan immediately, deactivating all features and stopping the serving of landing pages as soon as the request is processed.
Be aware that cancellation takes effect right away, so ensure this aligns with your intentions before proceeding. No further billing will occur after cancellation, but you'll lose access to premium functionality instantly.
Important Notes
- Change Plan Process: The email-based change process allows for detailed customization, so check your inbox (and spam folder) for the follow-up message after clicking Change Plan and reply with your specific request.
- Immediate Cancellation Impact: Canceling your subscription stops your plan instantly, deactivating all features and ceasing landing page serving with no grace period. Plan accordingly to avoid disrupting your campaigns.
- Review Before Acting: Verify your current plan details and consider your organization’s needs before changing or canceling, as these actions are irreversible once executed.
By managing your subscription through the Billing section, you can adapt your VibeFunnel experience to suit your evolving requirements while maintaining control over costs.
