Canceling Your Subscription in VibeFunnel
The Subscription & Billing section in VibeFunnel allows you to manage your subscription, including the option to cancel your plan. This guide outlines the process and implications of cancellation.
Accessing the Billing Section
Navigate to the Settings area in your VibeFunnel dashboard. In the sidebar, select Billing from the options including Organization, Users, Custom Domains, Usage, and Billing. The page description reads: "Manage your subscription plan," where you can view and modify your current plan.
Canceling Your Subscription
Under Current Plan, you’ll see details like the plan name (e.g., "Explorer - Monthly"), status (e.g., "Active"), and price (e.g., "$100.00/month"). To cancel, click the red Cancel Subscription button. This action immediately terminates your subscription, deactivating all features and stopping the serving of landing pages as soon as the request is processed. No further billing will occur after cancellation, but access to premium functionality will cease instantly.
Important Notes
- Immediate Impact: Cancellation takes effect right away, deactivating all features and ceasing landing page serving with no grace period. Plan accordingly to avoid disrupting your campaigns.
- Irreversible Action: Once canceled, the process cannot be undone, so ensure this aligns with your organization’s needs before proceeding.
- Post-Cancellation: After canceling, you’ll lose access to premium tools and hosted content, reverting to any free tier features, if available.
By using the Cancel Subscription option, you can terminate your plan instantly, but careful consideration is advised to manage the immediate loss of services effectively.
