Using the Variants Section in Campaign Details

The Variants section on the campaign details page allows you to manage and analyze different versions of your campaign to optimize performance. Here's how to use it effectively:

Overview

  • The table displays each variant's Name, Status, Views, Clicks, Conversions, and Weight (percentage of total traffic).

  • Variants are active versions of your campaign, each tailored to test different strategies or content.

Key Features

  • Name: Identifies each variant (e.g., Variant 1, Cost Efficient, Conversion).

  • Status: Indicates if a variant is Active or Inactive.

  • Views: Total number of times the variant was displayed.

  • Clicks: Number of clicks received by the variant.

  • Conversions: Number of successful conversions (e.g., 0 in this case).

  • Weight: Adjusts the traffic distribution (e.g., 30% for Variant 1, 70% for Cost Efficient).

Actions

  • Edit: Click the pencil icon to modify a variant's details.

  • Duplicate: Use the duplicate icon to create a copy of a variant.

  • Pause/Activate: Toggle the status using the green dot icon.

  • Add: Click the "+ Add" button to create a new variant.

  • Refresh: Update the data with the Refresh button.

  • Import Missing: Use the Import Missing option to bring in additional variant data.

Best Practices

  • Adjust the Weight to allocate more traffic to high-performing variants.

  • Monitor Clicks and Views to calculate click-through rates manually if needed.

  • Regularly update or pause underperforming variants to improve overall campaign efficiency.
