In order to launch your initial campaign, you must have finished your account setup.
A campaign has several functions:
- Manages landing pages through A/B/C testing
- Publishes the landing page for public access
- Consolidates and tracks the KPIs for both the landing pages and the overall campaign
Given that a campaign includes multiple landing pages, you have the opportunity to A/B test various designs within it.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Setting up a campaign
Setting up a campaign is fairly simple:
- Choosing a repository - this is where the campaign's code will be stored for your developers, and it will also determine the first folder in the URL.
Example:
Repository Name: Awareness Landing Pages
URL Equivalent: https://pages.mydomain.com/awareness-landing-pages/ - Choosing an HTML Structure - select this according to the campaign's objective
Example:
Product Landing Page - Ideal for highlighting a product with its features and benefits - Introducing a Campaign Name - The name of the campaign establishes the second folder in the URL.
Example:
Campaign Name: "Summer Sale 2025"
URL Equivalent: https://pages.mydomain.com/awareness-landing-pages/summer-sale-2025 - Prompt - Details the structure of the content for the intended landing page; this will help generate the base template.
Example:
Create a landing page with the following:- A hero section featuring a background image with text saying "Welcome to the jungle"
- A section displaying product details, with the information on the left and the image on the right
- A section containing 4 cards, each featuring an image placeholder, a title, a price, and a button saying "view product"
- A testimonials section with first name, last initial, an avatar, a title, and a 50-word review.
- Choosing a Base Template - After submitting a prompt, you can select from three proposals for your desired structure; pick the one you prefer.
- Editing the Base Template - Customize the template to your preference using the builder. Refer to how to use the builder if needed. Once you finish editing the template, you can click continue. This template will act as a foundation and starting point for all variations of the campaign.
- Generate variants - Select how many you want and wait for the proposals. You can edit them now or save them to finalize the campaign and edit them later.
- Publish - Go to the campaign and click on the play icon to activate the campaign and get the shareable URL.
